Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 10 February 2026: Rua Al Madinah Holding Co., a PIF company, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with PT Danantara Investment Management, the investment arm of Danantara Indonesia, to explore strategic cooperation in relation to investment opportunities across Rua Al Madinah and Dar Al Hijrah projects.
The signing took place during the company’s participation in the fourth edition of the PIF Private Sector Forum 2026, currently taking place on 9–10 February, in support of PIF’s strategic initiative to enable private sector participation. The Forum will highlight commercial opportunities across PIF and its portfolio companies, outline potential opportunities for investors and suppliers, and increase avenues for cooperation and relationship-building that strengthen the local economy.
On this occasion, Mr. Naif Al Hamdan, Chairman of Rua Al Madinah Holding, stated: “We are pleased to participate in the PIF Private Sector Forum 2026, in support of empowering the private sector as one of the key catalysts of our country’s comprehensive development.
